Abstract：Various theories in previous Qin Dynasty have always been emphasized in the Chinese history. However, their opinions are more emphasized than their way of thinking. The paper holds the view that the thought of Confucian and Dao in previous Qin Dynasty is such a mental process in which the subjectivity, integrality and poeticalization of the combination of man's life and the object are localized. The expression of this mental process by poetic language and metaphors forms the Confucian Dao culture.This paper also discusses the Confucian Dao thought in previous Qin Dynasty from the following aspects: thought localization, thought quality, the way of thinking, thought signs, etc.
