Abstract：Basing on the existence of heterogenous critism, the paper points out that the heterogenous critism makes the conversation among different critics inavailable for it arouses diferent opinions about the same subjects. With the wide penetration of conversation as an international trend, the critics are all looking forwards to equal conversation in the field of literature critism to realize criticism communication. Generally speaking, the criticism of conversation should share certain common ground, mainly on literature and literary criticism. The former one is the premise, the latter is the principle or base for conversation criticism. The criticism occurres among writers and critics who are equal in relation and conversation criticism is the discussion among critics and their speakers on human's value problems, taking literature as media.
