Abstract：Theoretically speaking, residential building industry will become a hot point for Chinese economic growth, but there is still a long way to go. This paper, analyzes deeply the theoretic foundation for the possibility of growth, points out the realistic barriers that block its development and puts forward a series of workable suggestions and resolutions that can promote its development in this field.
