Abstract：According to historical documents, Confucius' poetics is standing on the point of culture and by the means of all kinds of metaphors, it reveals the ethic culture meanings of poems so as to enhance the readers' moral and knowledge level. Although Zi Xia accepts Confucius's ethic culture thinkings, he, for the different social condition and different congtive levels, from the perspective of politics, reveals the meaning of poems from the angle of social politics and social politic service. Comparing the historical documents and poetics bamboo slips collected in Shanghai Museum on the comments on concrete works, the standingpoints and methods in the poetics bamboo slips collected in Shanghai Museum are accordant with that of Confucius, so it is appropriate to name it as Confucius' Discussion of Book Songs.
