Abstract：Nowadays, Russian Communist Party is in its dilemma, which lies in the great changes of its stuggling subjects and their own faults in working. To get rid of the dilemma, Russian Communist Party should adapt correct strategy and stratagem according to the development of the objective situation so as to settle down the problem of building Russian Communist Party in 21st century.
