Abstract：This essay discusses some notions of effective development of human beings further, including citizen's quality formation of comfortable society, groups of talents, effective structure of personal knowledge and ability, effective teaching, effectiveness of human's education, effective education of morality, effectiveness of moral work and effective school management.
