Abstract：The legislation of peasants' rights and interests is on a fundamental, comprehensive legal layer. The comprehensive fundamental legislation of peasants' rights and interests should adopt the law title as "the Law of Ensuring and Promoting Peasants' Rights and Interests" according to the actual conditions of our country. The formulation of "the Law of Ensuring and Promoting Peasants' Rights and Interests" should pay attention to inheriting of the achievement, and also expand to some extent, perspective. "The Law ofEnsuring and Promoting Peasants' Rights and Interests" can roughly be divided into six chapters: one, general provisions; two, the ensurance of peasants' rights and interests; three, the promotion of peasant's rights and interests; four, peasants' organization; five, the relief of peasants' rights and interests; six, legal liability and supplementary provisions.
