Abstract:A literature review on theories of entrepreneurship demonstrated the focus on characteristics of entrepreneurship, which are only partial component of Entrepreneurship theory. The paper proposes that entrepreneurship is a system of cultural organisms combining a great number of characteristics with multi-facet content based on a few essential factors. This paper summarizes existing researches on entrepreneurship, followed by the constructive theory of entrepreneurship as a systemic model. Next is a detailed discussion of this systemic model including a hypothesis of a personalized system, essence of the system, environment of the system, cooperative effect of the system, and system feedback. Lastly, potential problems are pointed out with recommendations.
