Abstract：The current "Perspective on Culture Mind" argues that human mind is essentially the product of social culture. This paper tries to give a challenge to the overwhelming idea in psychology in terms of "Perspective on Mental Module". The paper argues that variability in culture and difference in race are not important; It is modularity of mind that makes human universals underneath apparent culture difference.
