Abstract：Today,the non-balanced development situation of our country's rural education is very serious,and the key to develop and reform rural education is to construct a teaching staff of big quantity,reasonable structure,good quality and rooted in rural areas,especially in the poor rural areas, strengthening the construction of teaching staff is specially urgent and significant.Based on the investigation sample of teaching staff in Changyang county,Hubei province,this paper investigates the present conditions of teaching staff,analyses the causes of problems and put forward focal measures and suggestion.
