Abstract：Negotiation democracy is a new theory aroused from western politics field since 1990,which has been concerned by Chinese academic field nowadays.This theory emphasizes that,through common people's participation,decisions come into common consensus under the background of the plural society.The core is negotiation and common consensus.As to Chinese practice,there exist adoption conditions in the field of economy,society,politics and culture.And also the leading of the CPC,the reform of the central government,the good examples of new forms of local democracy and so on,add broad prospects for the adoption of negotiation democracy in China.
