Abstract：This paper,firstly proposes the ideal model of market economy system,then comparatively analyzes the difference between the individualism market economy and collectivism market economy,and expounds the collectivism market theory in details.Based the above analysis,this paper draws a conclusion: the big problem of collectivism market is property right;Capitalization as a premise and basis of market economy,different from capitalism,is an effective way to settle down the present dilemma in China.
