Abstract：Contemporary China is in the process of rising.It is an important issue to China on how to get experience and draw lessons from the great powers which have risen in the history,make right strategy in the 21st century.China must integrate herself into the international system peacefully and build an international image of new rising big country by developing inward and outward,employing peaceful and armful means,enforcing soft power,showing a new way of increasing power,etc,and then China can achieve mostly her own interests and the interests of mankind.
