Abstract：This article believes that,the evolution from omnipotent governance paradigm to governance paradigm in system reforming period is affected by many factors,including economic system,social structure,current political situation and so on. It is the target of innovation of Chinese governance paradigm in the foreseeable future to construct a multi-center governance paradigm of "government-led and officials-people-cooperation".To attain this goal,our country needs to do long-term and arduous efforts.In the current and future periods,our country should focus on the establishment of a "strong government-big society" structure,promote economic reform,administrative reform and political reform among the benign interaction and construct the "management and service-oriented government".
