Abstract：Comparatively,the cabinet ministers of the Ming Dynasty was a special group around the emperors.They were senior advising bureaucrats.Their admission and work in the cabinet,their home countries and careers,their age of being admitted into cabinet and the time of duration,their personal net all showed the times' characteristics which not only gave expression to the formation structure of the cabinet ministers group,but also exerted great influences on the political development of the Ming Dynasty.
