Abstract：Problems from NPLs(Non-Performing Loans) always threaten steadiness of country's financial system.For recovering these NPLs,many countries set up AMCs(Asset Management Corporations).We summarize some important factors that influence AMCs' future and analyze mechanism of close or transformation,referring to cases from typical AMCs of America,Sweden,Korea,Thailand and Malaysia,etc.According to facts and trends of China's NPL market and AMCs,we get consequences and suggestions about Chinese AMCs' classification and transformation.
