Abstract：Given the present economic development,educational caring can hopefully elevate the quality of the inclusive education in China by reducing handicapped children's ethical fear,fostering positive psychological character,improving school administration,developing caring teacher-student relation and peer group relations,and employing efficient teaching methods.This paper analyzes this viewpoint both theoretically and practically.
