Abstract:While the world economy is having a general slowdown in growth, China's economic growth is also having a significant decrease in recent years. Facing the social stability problems brought by the economy downward, governments at all levels have adopted a series of measures, only bringing political risks: first, the cost of stability grows, further deepening the financial crisis. Second, safeguarding stability by high pressure and illegal strike further deepen the contradiction between officials and “ordinary people”. Third, the mainstream values confuse people, people anxiety increases, and the outflow of capital further hinders the economic development. To decode the social and political problems brought by the economic downturn needs new ideas.
