The Classroomteaching Reform Promoting the Innovation of Talent Cultivation Model of Higher Education Institutions——Based on Learningcentered Teaching Concept

Abstract:At present,the talent cultivation model of higher education institutions is not fully adapted to the needs of economic and social development in China. The transformation of it is a collaborative project and a proper breakthrough is needed. The reform of classroom teaching,which is centered on learning,provides an internal impetus for the innovation of talent cultivation model. The “learningcentered” classroomteaching reform starts with the changes of teachers’ and students’ behavior in classroom,and then requires the higher education institutions to change its management,institutions,resources and space which relate to students’ learning demands,such as to build students’ learningserviced administrative systems,to build teaching management systems that helps to promote students’ autonomous learning and freely developing,to build learning resources guarantee system that supports students’ autonomous learning,to establish a convenient and opening learning space for students,and finally constructs a “learningcentered” talent cultivation model for higher education institutions.
