Abstract:The construction of ecological civilization imposes requirements on the employees' eco-environmental behavior. From the perspective of employees, based on the awareness of consequences, attribution of responsibility, and personal norm in the norm activation model, a theoretical research model for the influencing factors of employees'eco-environmental behavior is established with subjective norm and media use added. After collecting 410 valid questionnaires, empirical analysisresults using the structural equation model are as follows.1) Personal norm, awareness of consequences and media use directly affect employees' eco-environmental behavior, and their effects are successively weakened.2) Media use directly affects awareness of consequences, attribution of responsibility and subjective norm of employees, while awareness of consequences, attribution of responsibility and subjective norm directly affect personal norm of employees.3) Media use not only indirectly affects employees' eco-environmental behavior through awareness of consequences, but also influences employees' eco-environmental behavior by first affecting awareness of consequences, attribution of responsibility and subjective norm, and then affecting personal norm. Besides, the indirect effect of media use is greater than its direct effect.
