Abstract:In this paper, the time development of high energy heavY-ion collision are studied by Relativistically the Kinetic Equation. The rapidity distribution of the final state particles are analysed with this model under s~(1/2)=31. 2GeV aparticles beams and E_L=200 GeV/N ~(16)O particles beams. The various system relaxation time are determined.
