Abstract：Determining the structure of finite group by the number of conjugate classes of the non-normal subgroups of finite group has always been a concern of the groupist. The paper gives the classification of finite p-group of ν(G)＝p＋1， and ν(G) represents the conjugate classes of informal subgroups of finite groups.
