Abstract:This work is aimed at exploring the reference value of antithrombin III activity in different areas of China, and analyzing the geographical distribution of reference value of antithrombin III activity in healthy adults in China. The reference values of antithrombin III activity in 8,818 healthy adults from 153 units in China were collected. First, the correlation between antithrombin III activity and geographical factors was determined by spatial autocorrelation, and the geographical factors were specified. Secondly, the reference values of antithrombin III activity of healthy adults in 2,322 cities of China were fitted by ridge regression analysis. Finally, combined with statistical analysis, this paper explores the geographical distribution of active reference values of antithrombin III in healthy adults in China. The results showed that the reference values of antithrombin III activity in healthy adults in China were lower in Northeast, Northwest and Southwest China, while higher in North, Central, East and South China. Therefore, if the value of geographical factors in a certain area of China is known, the reference value of antithrombin III activity of healthy adults in this area was able to be calculated in combination with the predicted regression equation: ^(Y)=80.80-0.04430X2+0.1714X5-0.004970X6+0.0008900X7-0.06210X8-0.07626X11+18.97X14-1.692X16-0.03670X18+0.01194X19-0.02360X21±8.55, providing a theoretical reference for the measured value in the corresponding region.
