Abstract：The proofs for abelian p-groups with nice composition series to be simply presented are all indirect and not easy. In this paper we give a direct proof for countable case, from which one may see clearly the relation between the structures of these two classes of groups. The method used here is to constitute a p-basis for countable abolian p-groups with nice composition series. Lemma 2 and 3 are important.
