Abstract：The measurement on the magnetocardiograph of the His-Purkinje system for the first time in China is recommended in this paper. The methods and results of the measurement are discussed separately. The application of personal cumputer in realizing of the method of detecting, quantizing, noice reducing and approaching of weak signals is discussed in particular. The principle of selecting synchronous signal and the concept of delayed trigger in the process of synchronous averaging are also discussed. In the paper, the cumputational method of least square approach of Bicubic B-spline is elucidated in detial.
