Abstract：We study on the system driven by interndl Gaussian white nose and external dichotomous nose,and obtain the equation for the steady state joint probability distribution of the system.As application of this equation, we study on the relaxation times of the linear and nonlinear systems,and find the coupling effect of the external and the internal nose for the relaxation time.
