Abstract：In this paper,the distribution law of particle speed in the beam of particle rays is discussed from the relativistic point of view. From it we find there is a most probable particle circular cylinder in uniform velocity motion. At the same time,we also discuss the condition in which the effect of the particle' s first velocity can be neglected,and lay foundations for thorough researches of other problem.
