Abstract：In order to meet the needs of computer assisted instruction, we manufacture a system of drawing tools which is based on CEC-I. The system has these advantages.substitube keyboard operation for compiling programe, easy to operate, convenient for master, and the system has the powreful function of drawing. It' s an effective supplementary mean for developing CAI (Computer Assisted Instruction) courewares. In this system the storage of drawing information is implncented by means of condensation, and so the Limitation of disk capacity is widened.
