Abstract:The charged matal spheres in Feynman paradox disc are replaced by a wire fixed in the rotation disc. It can obtain the charged rotation disc whose electric quantity equeal to the Feynman disc's in the course of electromagnetic induction. Through the experiment we can measure the electric-charge quantity of free electron and obtain the electric quantity of the rotation disc. From this we can calculate the angular momentum. We also discuss the origin of the angular momentum of the rotation disc.
