Abstract：In this paper, we generalize the LaSalle's inequality, and discuss the relation between necessary conditions and sufficient conditions of absolute stability of indirect control systems with two nonlinear regulators. In addition, for some special systems, we obtain several sufficient criteria of absolute stability represented only by parameters of the systems.
