Abstract：We investigate a multidimensional nonequilibrium open system with correlated noises. A integro-differential equation for the probability density and an effective Fokker-Planck equation are derived. In the limit of white noises, theFokker-Planck equation with correlated real noises or imaginary noises of complexpump fluctuation or spontaneous quantum fluctuation of the dye-laser system is obtatined.
