Abstract：The baryon magnetic moments are studied by using a relativistic potentialmodel. On the basis of mean field method, we calculate the magnetic moments of baryon decupletby simply assuming that quarks treated as Dirac particles in a hadron are confined in a Coulomb-linear potential, and compare our results with the recently experimental data and other calculations.
