Abstract：At first, we outline the Lorentz covariant theory of thermodynamics by showing that the total energy of the whole system is the summation of its global ordered motion energy and its enthalpy, and the total energy and the 3 momentum of the system form the 4 vector of momentum,and the Lorentz covariance of Maxwell relations. Finally, on this basis we discuss the correspondent statistical ensemble theory in detail.
