Abstract：A new method on the deduction of rate equation for Ordered Bi Bi mechanism has been introduced in this paper:(1) A new common factor (1/coef_(AB))has been used in the deduction;(2) New forms (V_1=num_1coef_(AB)[E_0]and V_2=num_2coef_(PQ)[E_0])have been taken here instead of old enzyme kinetic constants (V_1=num_1coef_(AB) and V_2=num_2coef_(PQ)) in the deducing procedure. (3) According to this new method,there is no need to take the Haldane equation for the simplification of the deduction as we usually use.
