Abstract:Taking into account finite quasiparticle lifetime effects within the Blonder-Tinkham-Klapwijk(BTK) scattering formalism,using Bogoliubov-de Gennes(BdG) equation,we have calculated the quasiparticle transport coefficients and the tunneling spectrum in the normal metal/d_(x~2-y~2)+id_(xy) mixed wave superconductor tunnel junctions.It has been shown that: the quasiparticle lifetime effects not only can suppress the conductance peak,but also can resist the slipping of the peak effectively,and with increasing of inelastic scattering of quaiparticles the peak at zero-bias will widen.
