Abstract：The syntheses and the properties of some bioactive organophosp-horus compounds were studied.Twelve new ethyl N-(O-alkyl-O-phenylphospho-rothioyl)aminoacetate were synthesed by the reaction of O-alkyl-O-phenylpho-sphorothioyl chloridewith th1 glycinate hydrogen chloride in anhydrous etheror chloroform.When eyO-phenylphosphorothioyl dichloride reacted on ethylglyinate hydrogen chlo- ride and treated by sodium alkoxide,the compoundswere also prepared with lower yields.This paper reported the physical,Chemi-cal and spectral properties of these synthesed compounds.Under the improvedconditions,the yields of preparing O-alkyl-O-phenylphosphorothioyl chloridewere increased by about 10%.
