Abstract:Utilizing incremental analysis to explore the relationship between economic development and pollutant emissions is one of the ways to further study the law of economic and environmental development. Based on the incremental data of 2015-2014 and 2014-2013, the decoupling analysis method was used to analyze the increment of economic increment and pollutant discharge. According to the decoupling calculation on incremental coefficient of economic development and environmental pollution, the results of decoupling elasticity index in 2015 and incremental decoupling elasticity index in 2015 are obtained. The comparative analysis shows that the decoupling status based on incremental data and statistical data are not exactly the same. The above results indicate that incremental data analysis is able to eliminate the differences and influence of each region in terms of economic base and scale, economic and industrial structure, geographical size and population size, which objectively reflecting self-coordinating degree and is an important respect of investigating the green development of environmental economic system.
