Application research of the rental housing recommendation system of improved TOPSIS

Abstract:A rental housing recommendation system of improved TOPSIS method of integrating Markov distance and the worst ideal solution is realized,The system uses the distributed crawler system module to capture the rental listings of the rental websites. The information is stored in the MongoDB database, the Spring boot framework is used to read the rental listing data in MongoDB, and the improved TOPSIS method is called to evaluate the rental housing data comprehensively by the area, rent, distance and destination location of the rental housing data. then the final result of the evaluation is displayed on the map icon, when the renter clicks the icon. The specific information of the rental availability will be show. Click on the specific rental information above the icon, the system will jump to the corresponding rental site. The system greatly meets the needs of renting information for rental groups with different emphases, and has high practical value.
