Abstract:An approach is proposed to investigate the microscopic foundation of the tnteraoting boson-fermion model. The microscopic model Hamiltonian and its effective operator in the totally symmetric state subspace are given. The energy spectrum of ground rotational band of ~(153, 155)Eu isotopes is calculated. Together with the results of ~(152, 154)Sm,it is shown that the discription of odd-A and even-even nuclei may indeed he put into an unified framework of theory. The effect of shell model parameters on the structure of spectrum and the approximation to totally symmetric subspace are also investigated. The result shows that the approximation is quantitatively reasonable.
