Abstract:The economic development of a region can not be separated from the role of human resources, and per capita GDP is an important indicator to measure the economic development of the region. How regional human resources factors affect the per capita GDP of the region is the focus of this study. Therefore, starting with the per capita GDP of economic indicators, this study conducts quantitative and qualitative analysis by constructing a mathematical model of economic quantity, in order to explore the mystery. The study finds that human resources act on per capita GDP through two paths: labor productivity and labor-age population rate from the demand side and supply side at the same time.
