Abstract:1D nanostructured ZnFOH arrays including nanoprism(NP) array and nanobelt(NB) array were fabricated by hydrothermal route. The deposition manner of ZnFOH on the different substrate has been investigated. At low pH=6.0, rhombus NP array on the ZnO seed substrate is formed which originate from the intrinsic crystalline habit of orthorhombic crystal. At higher pH=8.0, ZnFOH NB array on the Zn2+ substrate is formed owing to the preferential adsorption on the (010) plane of the nucleus. NH4F plays a role as a control agent to accommodate the supersaturation of ZnF+ which facilitates the heterogeneous nucleation on the substrate.
