The application of big data in supply chain management:knowledge mapping analysis based on CiteSpace

Abstract:To explore the application of big data in supply chain management, 151 related literatures collected in the Web of Science database from 2012 to 2019 were taken as the research object. The literatures co-citation network and keywords co-occurrence net-work by CiteSpace were analyzed, and knowledge maps were constructed to explore the development status, evolution trend and current research hotspots of this field. The results show that : 1) The research on the application of big data in supply chain management has the characteristics of centralized and decentralized development in publishing journals and countries/regions, among which China, the United States and the United Kingdom are relatively ahead of other countries in this field, and there are many cooperative relationships among countries. 2) In recent years, the application of big data in supply chain management focuses on big data, predictive analysis, data science, performance and other aspects. It is a multidisciplinary research based on the knowledge of model, logistics, data, etc. 3) The application of big data in supply chain management is still in a state of continuous development in recent years, and there is also a large research space in talent cultivation, social application, risk management and other aspects.
