Abstract:In this paper, the mathematical model of pricing cost monitoring method for power transmission and distribution, along with overhaul strategy of equipment in the context of transmission and distribution pricing reform are investigated. By modeling pricing cost supervision and audit of power transmission and distribution, influence factors and their constraints of power transmission and distribution pricing are analyzed. It points out that the original value of effective assets and the net value of effective assets are the main factors influencing power prices, and the age structure of equipment is the main factors influencing the net value of effective assets. According to thesupervision and auditing constraints, it is further pointed out that making full use of the original value of assets and the space for the increase of operation and maintenance costs is the direction of efforts in the disposal of old equipment technical reform and overhaul. Based on this, for the whole life cycle cost maintenance strategy of power equipment assets, the original equipment technical overhaul decision model is improved, which can give a clear choice whether equipment needs to be overhauled or technically modified, and help improve the economic efficiency of state grid companies.
