农村职业教育赋能农业强国:逻辑向度、现实困境与实践路径

摘要 农业强国是农业现代化进程中的重要环节,是社会主义现代化强国的根基,具有农业产业强、农业科技强、农业生态强和农业竞争力强的特征。农村职业教育扎根农村,服务农业,是建设农业强国的不竭动力之源。农村职业教育赋能农业强国遵循着经济逻辑、技术逻辑、生态逻辑和治理逻辑的耦合逻辑向度,契合了农业强国的“四强”特征。当然,农村职业教育赋能农业强国的过程还存在着观念束缚、产教脱节、治理分化和生态忽视的障碍,因此,需要从以下几个方面着手,切实提高农村职业教育的赋能效果:扭转观念,增强农村职业教育社会认同感;共治共享,构建多元治理生态圈;产教协同,打造农业强国产业集群;生态振兴,助推农村经济可持续发展等。

Abstract:To build a strong agricultural country is an important link in the process of agricultural modernization and the foundation of a modern socialist country. It has the characteristics of strong agricultural industry, strong agricultural technology, strong agricultural ecology and strong agricultural competitiveness. Rural vocational education is rooted in rural areas and serves agriculture, which is an inexhaustible source of force for building a strong agricultural country. Rural vocational education empowers a strong agricultural country by following the combination of economic, technical, ecological and governance logic, which is in line with the “four strong” characteristics of a strong agricultural country. Undoubtedly, there are still obstacles in the process of rural vocational education empowering a strong agricultural country, such as conceptual constraints, disconnection between industry and education, governance differentiation and ecological neglect. Therefore, it is necessary to change the mindset and enhance the social recognition of rural vocational education. It is necessary to enhance co-governance and sharing to build a pluralistic governance ecosystem. It is necessary to coordinate industry and education to build an industrial cluster of a strong agricultural country. It is necessary to revitalize ecology to promote the sustainable development of rural economy, and effectively improve the empowerment effect of rural vocational education.
