Abstract Owing to the fundamental opposition of starting-point of conduct and theoretical basis, contradictions and conflicts inevitably occur between the countryside stock company and the unity of the village in conduct rules and logic. However, the integration of collective property and village community determines that the two social units must realize organic joint and unity. In this case, Xudong village, the realization of the organic joint and unity comes true through the leadership of the party. This shows the characteristics of Chinese local rural governance.
