Abstract This paper is to expound the Zhenshi Neo Taoism's profound influence on the content and style of argumentation. Due to the shake of Confucian value system, Neo Taoism was prevailing. Metaphysicist paid much attention to logic training and idle talk, which cause the argumentation to process its characteristics as: unique points in assertions, accurate inference in logic, graceful language and harmonious tune in the manner of writing.
