| Technical Innovation System of British Industrial Revolution |

Abstract Technical innovation is not merely technical conduct, but economical one. Thus technical innovation system is marketing system. Marketing decides the relative price of each item and the adoption of the new creative achievements. By changing the prices of all items, system, especially the law system can affect the choice of the main economic body and furtherly influences technical innovations. The lessons of British Industrial Revolution fully prove this basic point.
