Abstract The paper, from the three aspects, analyzes the legislative unstableness, the regional validity and the personal rights of intellectual property system influenced by knowledge economy, predicts the developmental trend of intellectual property system, and illustrates the public law of the intellectual property law; the internizationality of intellectual property system; the inclination of social public good.
