Abstract More than seventy years' development Chinese literary criticism is facing a restudy pioneer's scholarly experience while Guo Shao yu' method of detailed research meets the demand of times about meticulous subject of study. He does systematical research on historical materials to seek rules about literature and the light on the phenomenon of theory and criticism into the thinking and cultural context by putting and examining these things by means of other subjects.
