| The Gover nment Failure and Its Precautions |

Abstract This paper makes a deep analysis on the phenomenon of the government failure and its causes. It also puts forward some effective measures and proposals to adjust and prevent such failure. This is significant for our country to appropriately deal with the relationship between the government and market; to properly fulfil the government's function; to perfect the macroregulation mechanism; to avoid the government failure and to improve the efficiency of the government.
